Advanced Executives: Getting Real: Learning and Growing to Become the Authentic Leader Your Team Needs (In-Person)

Burnout is a very real challenge to the philanthropy world. Learning to become an Authentic Leader lets you bring your whole self to your work and grow your team in a healthy and sustainable way.

We will share our personal journeys as fundraising professionals, managers, and executives at growing organizations. We will bring a mix of storytelling and humor as we share our individual ups and downs, and visions for the future of the philanthropic space.

Our format will be in a Top 10 format (popcorning as we share our thoughts) and will allow for questions, discussions, and self-reflection along the way.

We'll share stories about how we have led successful teams (and still manage to have lives outside of
work!) and share what has worked and what didn't - in our respective careers.
