Young Professionals and Northern Virginia Affinity Group Intentional Relationship Building in the Hybrid Workplace

Join the Young Professionals Affinity Group and the Northern Virginia Affinity Group for a joint event on intentional relationship building!

COVID-19 changed the workplace as we know it. Many of us found ourselves navigating a virtual workplace for the first time. Others have even joined agencies at which they have never met their colleagues in person. This can make connecting with your colleagues all the more challenging.

In response to this cultural shift, we've put together a panel to discuss the nuances of intentional relationship building, with emphasis on the hybrid workplace (virtually and in-person!).

Nathan has 5+ years working in human resources as a people connector and employee advocate. Nathan believes in actively giving back to his community and has had the privilege of serving a variety of committees through The Society of Human Resources and others. In his free time he enjoys good beer, grilling and practicing martial arts.
